Mortgage Overdraft

If you need standby cash, we can provide you with a loan amount based on the appraised value of your property.

Key Benefits

Overdraft limit up to 50% of the appraised value or purchase price (whichever is lower)
Overdraft facility can be combined with a mortgage installment loan to enhance financial flexibility.
Interest will only be calculated on the amount you have drawn on daily basis.

Remarks

1. Total loan amount of mortgage loan and mortgage overdraft cannot exceed 60% of the appraised value or purchase price (whichever is lower).

The final terms and conditions of the mortgage application will be governed by the Facility Letter and any relevant documents signed between the loan applicant and China CITIC Bank International Limited (the "Bank").
