General Terms and Conditions
The Promotion is valid from 8 October 2019 (00:00) to 31 July 2020 (23:59) (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion applies to cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) holding any Mastercard credit cards and VISA credit cards (“Eligible Credit Card”) issued by China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”).
The Offer (as defined on clause 12) cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, cash vouchers and specific promotional code (unless otherwise specified) of China Travel Tour Transportation Services Hong Kong Limited (“China Travel Tour”). The Offer is subject to relevant terms and conditions of all applicable prevailing promotions offered by China Travel Tour. For details, please check with China Travel Tour.
The Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, other products, service or discount offered by China Travel Tour.
The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by China Travel Tour. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by China Travel Tour. Any enquiry, claim or complaint should be directed to China Travel Tour.
The use of any Eligible Credit Card is subject to the Bank’s relevant Cardmember Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details please refer to www.cncbinternational.com.
Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of a Cardmember’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion as well as cancellation of the Cardmember’s credit card(s). The Bank and China Travel Tour further reserve the right to withdraw or terminate the Promotion for such Cardmember without prior notice and / or take legal action in such instances.
The Bank and China Travel Tour reserve the right to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, the decision of the Bank and China Travel Tour shall be final and conclusive.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Applicable Terms and Conditions of 20% off China Travel Tour Bus Ticket:
To enjoy 20% off bus ticket promotion (“Offer”), Cardmembers must purchase bus tickets of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau through the designated purchase website of China Travel Tour (https://m.hkctsbus.com/hkVisitor/ticket/goTicket1?shareCode=517) and settle payment in full with an Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
The website of China Travel Tour will automatically apply the Offer to applicable bus tickets and the discount will be displayed instantly upon payment. The amount payable for the tickets after discount will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Offer is limited and only applicable to designated ticket routes, schedules and departure dates.
