Simply log on to online banking to pre-order, and you will be able to pick up the pre-ordered item at your specified branch as early as on the same business day. No service charge will be levied on the pre-order service.

Simple steps and collection method
Go to www.cncbinternational.com
1. Click "Banking" after logging in i-banking
2. Select "Pre-Order Service"
3. Select the required service, "Collection Date" and "Collection Branch"
4. You will receive a reference code. On the collection day, simply present this code in person at the selected branch, for collection of your reserved item.
Remarks:
1. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this service at anytime without notice.
2. No service charge will be levied on the pre-order service. However, the underlaying banking service is subject to relevant fee/charges.
