CNCBI Credit Card and Personal Loans Documents Required Page

Credit Card Application:
 
  1. Your HKID Card/Passport /other identification document.
  2. Past 1-month income proof. Income proof includes bank statement / passbook, latest tax demand note, latest payroll advice, employment letter (copy includes Full Name and Date).
  3. Latest 2-month income proof if you are commission based income earner.
  4. Latest 3-month residential address proof (e.g. electricity bill or bank statement ). Not applicable to existing Bank customer whose latest residential address is the same as the Bank's record.
  5. If you are self-employed or irregular income earners, please submit Business Registration Certificate and the latest Profits Tax Demand Note/ latest 3 months income proof.
  6. If income proof is not available (e.g. housewives, students, retirees & currently not employed etc.), please submit Asset Proof. Asset proof covers bank statement / passbook / deposit receipt / certificate which shows Total Net Asset Value issued by banks within latest 3 months.
  7. If you are non-Hong Kong Permanent Identity Cardholder, please attach passport copy/ Exit-entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macau/Home Country Identification Document Copy (if applicable).

  • by upload via inMotion App (in pre-login page, right menu bar->Pay->Credit Card->Document Upload) or;

  1. Your HKID Card/Passport /other identification document.
  2. Bank statement or passbook showing your latest 1-month income proof (including the copy of front cover page of your passbook which shows your name and account number) or any type of income proof. Please provide the latest 2-month income proof if you are commission based income earner.
  3. Business Registration Certificate and the latest Profits Tax Demand Note and the latest 3-month company account statements, if you are self-employed.
  4. Your residential address proof showing your name issued within the latest 3 months (e.g. electricity bill or bank statement).
  5. Proof of professional qualification (For professionals only).
  6. If you are not a holder of Hong Kong permanent identity card, please submit passport/ Exit/Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau/ identity card of place of origin and working visa issued by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
  7. Loan confirmation letter(s) or latest 1-month statement(s) (showing your name and account number) of credit card(s) and loan(s) that you wish to transfer to $mart Plus Debt Consolidation.
