Terms and Conditions for CNCBI x Lai Sun Dining Promotion Offer (“Promotion”)

Unless otherwise indicated by China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”), the promotion period is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) holding any credit cards issued by the Bank (“Eligible Credit Card”).
During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers can enjoy the following offers (the “Offers”) at the participating merchant (the “Participating Merchants”) as stated in Clause 4 below:
- 12% discount (“Offer 1”)
- free corkage for one bottle per table (“Offer 2”)
- birthday offer (“Offer 3”)
- dedicated WhatsApp reservation number +852 5599 8133 (“Offer 4”)
The Participating Merchants include Canton Bistro, Chiu Tang, CIAK x Prohibition, Kanesaka Hong Kong, Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco, Yakitori Yamato for Offers 1–4; Akatsuki Izakaya, Beefbar for Offer 3 and Offer 4 only, and 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, SẾP, China Tang for offer 4 only.
The Offers can only be used for dine-in consumption and are not applicable to takeaway orders and any other retails products.
Offer 1 is not applicable to service charge and bottles of sake, wine and spirit. Offer 1 can only be used once at each table and cannot be used in conjunction with special menu, promotional menu, tailor menu, private room dining and any other promotional offer. Offer 1 is not applicable to designated blackout dates (21 June, 25 to 26 September, 22, 24 to 26 and 31 December 2026).
Offer 3 is only applicable to CNCBI Jewel World Elite Mastercard cardmembers whose birthday falls within the calendar month of their visits to the Participating Merchants. Offer 3 is redeemable once during CNCBI Jewel World Elite Mastercard cardmembers’ birthday month, and no service charge is applied on Offer 3. The Participating Merchants reserve the right to verify the cardmember’s birthday by requesting proof (e.g. identification documents), and Offer 3 may be refused if such proof is not provided.
Cardmembers are required to settle full payment with an Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the Offers 1- 4. To enjoy Offer 3, Cardmembers are required to settle full payment with CNCBI Jewel World Elite Mastercard.
Offer 4 is only valid for reservations made via WhatsApp message, available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. For other times, please call the reservation hotline during restaurants’ opening hours.
The Offers are provided by the respective Participating Merchants and may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Participating Merchants, please contact respective Participating Merchants for details.
The Offers shall be terminated immediately upon closure of Participating Merchants or any of their outlets.
The Offers cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers and be exchanged for cash, other products and services or discounts and are not transferable. For goods return or refund, the amount on the Offers will not be returned and the Offers will not be re-issued.
The Bank and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to vary, extend and terminate the above Offers and to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The Bank also reserves the right to delete, replace, supplement or amend the Promotional Terms and Conditions. The Bank and the Participating Merchants shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred in the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection to the Offers, the decision of the Bank and the Participating Merchants shall be final and conclusive.
The validity of Eligible Credit Card and eligibility of the Offers are subject to the Bank (in its sole and absolute discretion) verification and confirmation.
The Offers are only applicable to Cardmembers whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
Any fraud and/or abuse committed by any person, as determined by the Bank and Participating Merchants at their sole discretion, in relation to the Offers will result in the forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offers. The Bank and Participating Merchants reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offers redeemed inappropriately from any account in which the redeemed Offers are stored without prior notice and/or take legal actions in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
The use of any Eligible Credit Card is subject to the relevant CNCBI Cardmember Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details please refer to www. cncbinternational.com
Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of a Cardmember’s eligibility to participate in the Offers as well as cancellation of the Cardmember’s credit card(s). The Bank further reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Offers for such Cardmember without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances.
The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by the Participating Merchants. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the Participating Merchants. Any enquiry, claim or complaint should be directed to the Participating Merchant.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements. Any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.
