Terms and Conditions for CNCBI Jewel World Elite Mastercard Card and CNCBI JD Mastercard Card x Lai Sun Dining Set Menu Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion (“Promotion”)

Unless otherwise indicated by China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”), the promotion period is valid from 1 September to 30 November 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”)
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardmembers (the “Cardmembers”) holding CNCBI Jewel World Elite Mastercard Card and CNCBI JD Mastercard Card issued by the Bank (the “Eligible Credit Card”).

During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers who order any one of the following designated set menus (the “Designated Set Menus”) at the participating merchants (“Participating Merchants”) can enjoy one extra set of the Designated Set Menu for free (the “Offer”):

Advance reservation must be made and Cardmembers must specify the use of Offer at the time of making reservation. Reservation window opens at 12am on the first day of each month, bookings can be made 2 months in advance. The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis with quota applies.
To be eligible for the Offer, Cardmembers must be one of the diners and are required to settle full payment with the Eligible Credit Card.
Each Cardmember can enjoy the Offer once per visit at the Participating Merchants. For Canton Bistro, Cardmember can enjoy 2 complimentary set dinner per visit with a minimum of 4 persons.
The Offer is only applicable to dine-in consumption of the Designated Set Menus and the complimentary Designated Set Menu is subject to a 10% service charge based on the origianal price as stated in the table in clause 3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to a la carte food menu, all beverages, wines, festive products, charge for tea and condiments, discounted food items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, deliveries, private room bookings, banquets, takeaways, 10% service charge, special promotional menus, guest chef promotions, wine dinners, weddings, meetings/conferences, catering services, coupons, complimentary valet parking, any mileage programmes, membership benefits, sales merchandise and VIP rooms (unless otherwise specified). Please check with the respective Participating Merchants for details.
The Offer is not applicable on designated blackout dates (25 to 26 September 2026, 1 October and 19 October 2026).
The Participating Merchants reserve the right to change any items of the Designated Set Menu due to ingredient availability without prior notice.
A child aged 6 or above will be counted as one person. Child policy may vary, please check with the respective Participating Merchants for details.
Participating Merchants reserve the right to cancel reservations for late arrivals of 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time.
Please refer to the cancellation policy on the booking system before making a reservation.
The Offer is provided by the respective Participating Merchants and may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Participating Merchants, please contact respective Participating Merchants for details.
The Offer shall be terminated immediately upon closure of Participating Merchants or any of their outlets.
The Offer cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers and be exchanged for cash, other products and services or discounts and are not transferable. For goods return or refund, the amount on the Offers will not be returned and the Offers will not be re-issued.
The Bank, the Participating Merchants, and Lai Sun Dining Limited reserve the right to record the last 4 digits of Eligible Credit Card numbers and the information such as spending amount stated on the Sales Invoice and Sales Slips for the purpose of identifying and verifying Cardmembers’ eligibility for the Promotion and fulfilling their respective internal audit purposes. Such information so collected is strictly used for the purposes of this Promotion. Cardmembers who provide the above information will be deemed to understand and agree to the purpose and the collection of data. Cardmembers who do not accept the arrangement will be deemed to voluntarily give up participation in the Promotion. All relevant data collected during the Promotion will be destroyed 1 month (by secure deletion or irreversible anonymisation) after the Promotion has ended. The Bank, the Participating Merchants, and Lai Sun Dining Limited will securely store and prohibit unauthorized access to all Cardmembers’ data.
The Bank and the Participating Merchants reserve the right to vary, extend and terminate the Offer and to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The Bank and the Participating Merchants shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred in the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection to the Offer, the decision of the Bank and the Participating Merchants shall be final and conclusive.
The validity of Eligible Credit Card and eligibility of the Offer are subject to the Bank (in its sole and absolute discretion) verification and confirmation.
The Offer is only applicable to Cardmembers whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
Any fraud and/or abuse committed by any person, as determined by the Bank and Participating Merchants at their sole discretion, in relation to the Offer will result in the forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. The Bank and Participating Merchants reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately from any account in which the redeemed Offer are stored without prior notice and/or take legal actions in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
The use of any Eligible Credit Card is subject to the relevant CNCBI Cardmember Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details please refer to www. cncbinternational.com
Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of a Cardmember’s eligibility to participate in the Offers as well as cancellation of the Cardmember’s credit card(s). The Bank further reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Offers for such Cardmember without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances.
The Bank is not the supplier of the products and services. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by the Participating Merchants. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the Participating Merchants. Any enquiry, claim or complaint should be directed to the Participating Merchants.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements. Any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.
