Terms and Conditions of inMotion – Hong Kong Computer and Communication Festival 2019 Promotional Offer (“Promotional Offer”):

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from 9 August 2019 and 26 August 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotional Offer applies to customers as follows (“Eligible Customer”):
    1. 2.1 New Customer (as defined in Clause 3 below) who, during the Promotion Period, (i) has successfully registered and opened deposit account with China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”) through mobile application inMotion Services (“inMotion”) (“inMotion Services Registration Date”); and then as an Existing Customer (as defined in Clause 4 below),  (ii) has submitted his/her application for CNCBI Motion Credit Card(virtual) (“Virtual Card”) issued by the Bank and has the Virtual Card being approved by the Bank via inMotion (“New Virtual Cardmember”); or
    2. 2.2 ustomer who has successfully applied for a Virtual Card before 9 August 2019 (“Existing Virtual Cardmember”); or
    3. 2.3 customer who has successfully opened a Deposit Account through inMotion before 9 August 2019 (“Existing inMotion Customer”).
  3. “New Customer(s)”, i.e. customer who currently does not maintain any account or service and/or has not opened, maintained or closed any account or service the Bank in the 13 months immediately preceding the customer’s inMotion Services Registration Date.
  4. Eligible Customer is entitled to Hong Kong Computer and Communication Festival 2019 Admission Ticket (“Ticket’) as follows:
    New Virtual Cardmember Two Tickets
    Existing Virtual Cardmember Two Tickets
    Existing inMotion Customer Two Tickets
  5. Redemption of the Ticket should be made at inMotion mobile service centre on specific dates and time. Please visit www.cncbinternational.com/inmotion for the redemption details.
  6. Each Eligible Customer can redeem Tickets once at a maximum of two Tickets during the Promotion Period.
  7. The Ticket is only available while stocks last. If it is out of stock, the Bank has the right to provide customer with an alternative gift without any notice.
  8. The Bank is not the supplier of the Ticket. The description, photos or reference price in relation to the Ticket published in our marketing materials are not provided by the Bank and are intended for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the Ticket or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in our marketing materials shall be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality of the Ticket, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection the products and/or services provided by the merchant, its employees, officers or agents.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to determine Eligible Customer’s entitlement to any Promotional Offer. To be eligible for the Promotional Offer, the relevant Card account must be valid and in good financial standing during the Promotion Period and at the time when the Promotional Offer is given for New Virtual Cardmember and Existing Virtual Cardmember, while for Existing inMotion Customer, his/her deposit account must be valid during the Promotion Period and at the time when the Promotional Offer is given.
  10. The eligibility of this Promotional Offer is subject to the Bank (in its sole and absolute discretion) verification and confirmation.
  11. No part of this Promotional Offer (including but not limited to the Ticket) is transferable, exchangeable, returnable or redeemable for cash.
  12. The Bank reserves the right to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotional Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  13. The use of the Virtual Card is subject to the relevant Credit Card Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details, please refer to www.cncbinternational.com.
  14. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the eligibility of New Virtual Cardmember and Existing Virtual Cardmember to participate in this Promotional Offer as well as cancellation of the Virtual Card(s) of New Virtual Cardmember and Existing Virtual Cardmember. The Bank further reserves the right to deduct the relevant amount of the Ticket in this Promotional Offer directly from the Card without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances.
  15. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
  16. These Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
  17. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
