Branch Sign-up Offer:

1. During 1 July 2021 and 31 July 2021 (“Sign-up Offer Promotion Period”), customers who sign up CITICfirst Wealth Management Service as “New-To-Bank Customers” at any of our branches and deposit new fund of HK$1,000,000 or equivalent (“New Fund Deposit”) will enjoy HK$100 Wellcome Coupon (“Sign-up Gift”) instantly upon registration at branch. The Sign-up Gift is available while stock lasts.
2. “New-To-Bank Customer” is a customer who does not hold any current, savings, time deposits, securities or investment accounts (either in sole name or joint name account) with China CITIC Bank International (“the Bank”) within the 12 months immediately preceding the account opening date of CITICfirst service.
3. “New Fund Deposit” refers to  funds which are newly placed by a customer and not transferred from any account with the Bank (regardless of whether such account is held by the customer or not).
4. For joint account customers, only the primary account holder is entitled to this sign-up gift.
5. Each customer can enjoy this sign-up gift once only during the Sign-up Offer Promotion Period.
6. If customers cancel CITICfirst Wealth Management Service and withdraw the designated amount of new fund within 3 months from receiving the sign-up gift, the Bank reserves the right to charge customers for the value of the sign-up gift.
7. This offer is not applicable to the staff of the Bank.
8. The bank is not the supplier of the Sign-up Gift. The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by the supplier/Merchants. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the supplier/Merchant. Any enquiry, claim or complaint should be directed to the Merchant.

10. The Bank reserves the right to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred in the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection this promotion offers, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
11. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.

14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
