Promotion Terms and Conditions for “Preferential Savings Rate”

For selected customer who register the "Preferential Savings Rate Promotion" ("the Promotion") on or before 31 July 2020. The HKD Multi-Currencies Statement Savings Account ("HKD Savings Account") balance will be entitled to the Preferential Savings Rate for 3 months starting from the registration date (the "Promotion Period"). (For example, if customer register the Promotion on 4 June 2020, the Promotion Period will be 4 June 2020 to 3 September 2020 (both dates inclusive).)
The prevailing interest rate of HKD Multi-currencies Statement Savings Account will be applied to the HKD Savings Account after Promotion Period.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offer.
The Bank reserves the right to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Promotional Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
These Promotional Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory
In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.
