Terms and Conditions of CNCBI Credit Card Local and Overseas Promotion Offer (“Promotion”):

General Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) holding any credit cards issued by China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is valid from 12 November 2019 to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Bank is not the supplier of the products or service provider. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any products or services provided, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the service provider, any false trade description, misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with Promotion or in making available the Promotion by the service provider, its employees, officers of agents.
4. The Bank reserves the right to amend terms and conditions or alter/terminate the offers at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations of related offers or terms and conditions.
5. The Promotion is only applicable to Cardmembers whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant promotion period.
6. The use of any Eligible Credit Card is subject to the relevant CNCBI Cardmember Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details please refer to www.cncbinternational.com.
7. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
9. The Bank shall not bear any responsibility if the Merchants fail to provide offers and incur any loss to Cardmember. If changes are made to the Promotion, the details shown on in-store or its website promotional materials shall prevail.
10. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
11. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Terms and Conditions of up to JPY2,000 discount at Don Quijote (“Offer 1”):

1. The Promotion Period of Offer 1 is valid from 12 November 2019 to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer 1 Promotion Period”).
2. Cardmembers who spend their Eligible Credit Cards at any Don Quijote outlet in Japan are eligible to use:
   • JPY500 discount e-coupon upon purchase of JPY10,000 (before tax refund) or;
   • JPY2,000 discount e-coupon upon purchase of JPY30,000 (before tax refund)
3. Cardmembers are required to present the e-coupon upon payment at the tax-free counter and the coupon be verified by staff in order to enjoy the Offer 1.
4. JPY500 discount e-coupon and JPY2,000 discount e-coupon cannot be used simultaneously.
5. Each Cardmember can only use respective e-coupon once.
6. Screen capture of e-coupon cannot be used.
7. E-coupon can only be used by Cardmembers with passports and who can apply tax free. The e-coupons cannot be used on alcohol, cigarettes, POSA cards, or be used with any other discount included majica cards.
