Steps for redeeming welcome offers

Cardmember is required to meet the designated spending requirement within the 1st 3 months of Card issuance. A redemption letter with promotional code printed will be mailed to your correspondence address via surface mail within the 3 months after fulfilling the spending requirement.
For new registration to Birdie:

After account creation and email address verification, please log on to your Birdie account, go to “Select Plan” and select the 5GB plan. Then you can pick a new mobile number or carry over your number.

In the Payment step, input the promotion code provided in the redemption letter in the “Referral / Promo Code” field. Choose “Credit card” as your payment method and add your new CNCBI credit card as the payment means. Remember to click the “autopay” option checkbox.

Hurray! The offer will be applied once your SIM card is activated.
*Please note: After the offer period ends, your subscription of the $90 5GB Monthly Plan will be renewed automatically. You can also change to other monthly plans available then.
OR
For existing Birdie member:

Open the Birdie Mobile App installed on your mobile phone, go to “Setting” > “My Payment Method”, add your new CNCBI credit card as your new payment method and enable autopay.

After changing your payment method, please go to “Gift Box”, enter the promotion code provided in the redemption letter and tap “Redeem”.



You will receive a confirmation email from Birdie, which will state the effective date of the new monthly plan.
Hurray! The offer will be applied from your next bill onwards.
