  1. Download and log in to inMotion app
  2. Click 'Credit Card' on homepage
  3. Click 'More Services'
  4. Click 'Selected Cardmembers Tax Payment offer'
  5. Choose destination and credit card for debit
  6. Confirm the redemption registration
  7. Promotional air ticket redemption code will be sent to inMotion 'Activity' inbox on or before 31 January 2025

 

HOW TO USE THE REDEMPTION CODE

  1. Click here to visit the designated Hong Kong Airlines website
  2. Pass the verification
  3. Input the redemption code under 'Promo-Code' and select departure and return date
  4. Select preferred flight and complete the booking process

Remarks:

  1. This offer is only applicable to the selected customers who receive the promotion message of this offer from the Bank directly.
  2. Redemption fee excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges.
  3. The promotional air tickets (business class – class Z) are limited and available on first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
  4. If the quota of a destination is full, that destination will not be shown on the redemption page for selection.
  5. The Bank will deduct the redemption fee of HK$7,980 within 5 business days after the redemption submission. Cancellation of the redemption is allowed only before the redemption fee is posted and the Bank will charge a cancellation fee of HK$1,000 from the Cardmember's Credit Card without prior notice.
  6. Two redemption codes will be sent to your inMotion inbox on or before 31 January 2025 for successful redemption.
  7. If the tax payment requirement of HK$10,000 cannot be met within the tax payment period, an administration fee of HK$2,000 will be charged on or before 28 February 2025 without prior notice.
