General Terms and Conditions of Promotion for Selected CNCBI Credit Card (the “Promotion”):
The Promotion is valid from 8 April 2019 (00:00) to 14 April 2019 (23:59) (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), and is subject to these specific terms and conditions which include both the general terms and conditions for the Promotion and the applicable terms and conditions for the Promotion (as set out in the relevant section below) (collectively the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”).
The Promotion apply to cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) holding any Mastercard credit cards and VISA credit cards (“Eligible Credit Card”) issued by China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank”). CNCBI Air China Dual Currency Credit Card and RMB Credit Card are not eligible to this Promotion.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, cash vouchers and specific promotional code (unless otherwise specified) of the Hong Kong Express Airways Limited (“HK Express”). For details, please check with HK Express.
The Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, other products, service or discount offered by HK Express.
The Bank shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by HK Express. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect thereof, including the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by HK Express. Any enquiry, claim or complaint should be directed to HK Express.
The use of any Eligible Credit Card is subject to the relevant CNCBI Cardmember Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details please refer to www.cncbinternational.com.
Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of a Cardmember’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion as well as cancellation of the Cardmember’s credit card(s). The Bank and HK Express further reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Promotion for such Cardmember without prior notice and / or take legal action in such instances.
The Bank and HK Express reserve the right to delete, replace, supplement or amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, losses or liabilities incurred. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, the decision of the Bank and HK Express shall be final and conclusive.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Promotional Terms and Conditions of 15% off HK Express Fare
The travel period is valid from 8 April 2019 to 2 March 2020 (both days inclusive) unless otherwise specified.
To enjoy 15% off fare (“Offer”), Cardmembers must book tickets through the official website of HK Express (www.hkexpress.com), use the specific promotional code “RUXCNCBI” (“Promo Code”) and settle payment in full with an Eligible Credit Card from 8 April 2019 to 14 April 2019 (both days inclusive). The amount payable for the tickets after discount will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
The system will automatically apply the Offer to applicable flights after entering the Promo Code and the discount will be displayed instantly for the relevant purchase. The corresponding discount will not be shown for flights, fare category and departure date which are not applicable to the Offer.
The Offer does not apply to bookings made through HK Express mobile app.
Fares and seats are subject to availability. Offer and seats are limited and the Promo Code may not be applicable to every flight and every day.
Offer only applies to fares of non-stop tickets. The Offer does not apply to fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes and other fees which are not included in the fare.
Use of flight tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of HK Express, please refer to www.hkexpress.com for details. Cancellation or change of booking has to be arranged directly via HK Express.
Cardmembers cannot redeem this Offer for cash, and the Offer is not transferable or resalable. Improper use of the Offer by Cardmember is prohibited and could be construed as fraud.
