Promotional Terms and Conditions of Complimentary Airport Lounge Service for CITICdiamond Wealth Management (“CITICdiamond”) ATM card

1. From 1 May 2020 until 31 December 2020 (“Valid Period”), CITICdiamond customer (“Customer”) can enjoy 2 times free Plaza Premium Lounges (“PPL”) access within the Valid Period.  The complimentary access can be shared to an accompanying guest.
2. Other accompanying guest can also enjoy PPL Service with 30% discount off on walk-in price of the day accompanied by Customer. The discount offered and charged by PPL at the point of sale.
3. To enjoy the complimentary access to PPL, Customer must present a valid CITICdiamond ATM Card, the boarding pass on the day or the following day and maintain his/her CITICdiamond customer status at the time of accessing PPL. Please visit www.plazapremiumlounge.com for PPL global locations.
4. China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Banks”) reserves the right to charge HK$220 per visit for using PPL by any ineligible Customer.

6. The above services and benefits are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the PPL and the Bank and they may be subject to change. The PPL and the Bank reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the above promotional offers and its related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank on all matters shall be final and conclusive.
8. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
10. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail for all purposes.
