You can now simply register your mobile number and/or email address and bind with your account for receiving money via mobile number or email address.

Simply register your mobile number and/or email address and bind with your account. Money can be received via mobile number and/or email address easily.
Once your payee has registered “FPS” Addressing Service, you can pay via mobile number, email address or FPS Identifier. Bank account number is no longer required.
Support transfer in HKD and CNY without handling fees.
Simply transfer by scanning the international standard QR code provided by payee or merchant.
* Payment via “FPS” will be real time if the receiving bank/company supports real time payment processing; otherwise, the payment will be made on the same day or next day.
+ Small-value funds transfer allows you to transfer funds to non-registered payee without two factor authentication and subject to Small-value funds transfer daily transaction limit else the transfer will be processed by “FPS”. You will be required to activate this service at the first time you use it.
^ There is no charge from our bank if you pay or receive money via FPS, but other banks or service providers may have different charging handling.
