Using Business inMotion

Transfer/FPS

Step 1


  • Go to" All Services" and click "Transfer/FPS " under "Transfer & Pay ".

Step 2


  • Select "Template" and click "New Template".
    Note: you are required to create Fund Transfer Template before submitting fund transfer instruction to non-registered third party account.

Step 3


  • Input Template name; Choose your account for "transfer fund from"; select and input for "Transfer Funds to"; add notes if any and click "Next".

Step 4


  • Check if the information is correct and slide to confirm. Confirm to authorize and Input "Security Code" to verify the instruction.

Step 5


  • Created Fund transfer template successfully.

Step 6


  • Return to "Template" page, select the required Template.

Step 7


  • Input the Transfer Amount and Transfer details, click "Next".

Step 8


  • Check if the information is correct and slide to confirm. Confirm to authorize and Input "Security Code" to verify the instruction.

Step 9


  • Fund Transfer Completed.

 

Daily transaction limit setting

Step 1


  • Go to" All Services" and select "Limit Settings " under "Account/Security Settings".

Step 2


  • Select the Transaction Type, select respective limit and input the New Limit and click confirm.

Step 3


  • Check if the information is correct and slide to confirm. Confirm to authorize and Input "Security Code" to verify the instruction.

Step 4


  • Transaction Limit update completed. Updated Transaction Limit will be displayed under " Limit Settings".

 

Online password reset

Step 1


  • Go to the "Business inMotion" login page and click "Forgot Password".
    Note: Primary Device and Security Code are required for authenticating to this instruction.

Step 2


  • Input your Login ID, Email address and Mobile number.

Step 3


  • Input your New Password and Re-enter it to finish the password reset procedure.
    (Note: Your choice of the new Password cannot be used in previous 6 times.)

Step 4


  • Click Confirm and Input "Security Code" to verify the instruction.

Step 5


  • Changed Password Successfully.

 

Enable security settings on Business inMotion

Step 1


  • Go to "Account/Security Settings" and select "Authentication Settings".

Step 2


  • You may enable "Device Binding and Security Code" and Biometrics Authentication" in this page. Click "Confirm" to enable Security Settings."

Step 3


  • Set Up a 6-digit Security Code and Re-enter Security Code.

Step 4


  • One-time password will be sent to registered mobile number. Input the one-time password for identity verification.

Step 5


  • If you would like to enable Biometrics Authentication, click "Confirm" in this step.
    Note: Biometrics Authentication only available for mobile device support Face ID/ Fingerprint.

Step 6


  • Updated Security Setting Successfully.
