At China CITIC Bank International, we have created  My Dear Account for children to learn about money and saving in a fun and enjoyable way. With this account, your child can have their own ATM Card for the first time!

Key points of the Security Tips

  1. Safe keep your ATM Card and authentication factors (e.g. personal identification numbers (PINs) and authentication tokens) secret.
  2. Do not write down or record your authentication factors on the ATM Card or on anything usually kept with it, or without disguising it.
  3. Destroy the PIN mailer after you have memorized the authentication factors.
  4. If your ATM Card/authentication factors are lost, stolen or the authentication factors/card information is compromised or unusual/suspicious/unauthorized transactions are identified, please report to any of our branch or ATM Card hotline at 2287 6767 or i-Banking or inMotion.
