Forty CNCBI volunteers supported The Salvation Army’s “Share the Joy” Christmas Angel Campaign 2023, giving gifts and warmth to children from underprivileged families in the community.

CNCBI organised a "Team Power Beach Cleaning Campaign". Led by the Bank’s management team, about 400 CNCBI staff collected in excess of one tonne of waste from 4 beaches in Hong Kong, making a meaningful contribution to local coastal cleanup.

CNCBI Volunteer Team collaborated with the Hong Kong Women Professionals & Entrepreneurs Association to organise two sessions of "Youth Leadership Program" at the Bank's office in Two Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay for 65 local secondary school students, helping them to hone their financial planning and job interview skills.

CNCBI volunteers visited Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong’s Kwun Tong House and engaged the participating children and their parents from the charity’s “Love Companion Program” in various activities including mini eco-aquariums creation and stress-relieving workshops.

The CNCBI Volunteer Team collaborated with Friends of Nam Cheong East and organised an "Exploring the History of Hong Kong – Sham Shui Po Heritage Tour for Underprivileged Families" for a group of about 30 participants from an underprivileged background who learned the history of Sham Shui Po District as they visited the various featured attractions of the district led a knowledgeable team of professional tour leaders.

CNCBI and The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong organised a “Financial Knowledge and Career Planning Workshop” for about 40 Mu Kuang English School students. 28 CNCBI volunteers provided support during the workshop which aimed at enhancing the student participants’ financial knowledge and career planning skills.

CNCBI collaborated with Friends of Nam Cheong East and organised a “Community Education Seminar on Deception Prevention for Elderly Residents in Sham Shui Po” for 29 senior citizens with a view of increasing their awareness of common kinds of scam tactics and scam prevention tips.

CNCBI organised a Financial Literacy Workshop with interactive games at the Bank’s Mong Kok Branch for 47 primary school students from underprivileged and ethnic minority families.

CNCBI organised a “Bridge the GAP” programme where CNCBI volunteers engaged 33 primary and secondary school students from underprivileged and ethnic minority families in a series of interactive games designed for increasing the student participants' self-confidence, creativity, and communication skills through.

CNCBI in collaboration with The Hub Hong Kong and Eco-Greenergy organised a "Coffee Ground Upcycling Workshop" where a total of 61 CNCBI volunteers teamed up with 36 primary school students from underprivileged families and tried making mosquito repellent cream and planting with coffee grounds which a view to sharing upcycling knowledge.

CNCBI provided onsite support including venue decoration, crowd control, packing and gift distributing to the celebratory performance organised by Friends of Nam Cheong East for the 26th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR.

CNCBI organised a "Rice Dumpling Making Programme" where a total of 18 CNCBI volunteers visited the Helping Hand Po Lam Jockey Club Housing for the Elderly and made sticky rice dumplings with the elderly participants. On the same day, the Bank in collaboration with Friends of Nam Cheong East also organised a "Goody Bags Giveaway Programme" during which another 20 CNCBI volunteers distributed festive goody bags to underprivileged families and elderly residents in Sham Shui Po.

In collaboration with iBakery of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, CNCBI participated in an Easter Fun Day volunteer service at iBakery Gallery Café where 20 CNCBI volunteers paired with 19 kindergarten students to make cookies while sharing stories of social inclusion in an effort to promote inclusive education.

CNCBI responded to the call from Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong and organised a "CNCBI Rapid Test Kit Donation Programme" for which more than 5,000 rapid test kits were collected, with 1,500 subsequently delivered to Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong for rehabilitated children and their families and the rest to the Helping Hand Po Lam Jockey Club Housing for the Elderly.

CNCBI held a "CNCBI Red Packet Recycle Programme" for which about 10,000 red packets were collected and sent to social welfare organisation Greeners Action for recycling.

CNCBI supported charity campaign “Books for Love @$10” again and collected more than 500 books.
