Remarks

The maximum mortgage loan amount is 90% of the property purchase price or appraised value (whichever is lower) and should be under the relevant mortgage schemes.
For the Mortgage Insurance Program, the final approval is subject to the decision of mortgage insurance company . The insurance premium is subject to the applicable rate quoted by mortgage insurance company from time to time.

The final terms and conditions of the mortgage application will be governed by the Facility Letter and any relevant documents signed between the loan applicant and China CITIC Bank International Limited (the "Bank").
