Forgot your i-banking password? You can use your CNCBI Token to reset password immediately or visit any of our branches to apply for a new password. After collecting the new password, please click “i-banking Service Reactivation” on the login page to reactivate i-banking service.

  1. You can view your daily eStatement / eAdvice issued in the past 90 days via i-banking service. You are advised to print out or download the copy of eStatement and/ or eAdvice for your record purpose if required.
  2. Customer shall be charged as set out in the Bank Service Fee & Charges Schedule for obtaining a hard copy of any eStatement/eAdvice from the Bank that have already issued to you.
