When the remaining value of your or your family member’s Octopus Card is insufficient to cover the intended deduction, HK$250 or HK$500 will be automatically debited from your designated CNCBI Credit Card or CNCBI SEED Credit Card account to reload the value. It's easy and hassle free! And you can easily check all the reloading records by referring to your monthly credit card statements.
