Remarks

If 90% of the credit limit on the CNCBI credit card is lower than HK$10,000, the loan amount will be 90% of credit limit and rounded down to the nearest HK$1,000.
The preferential annual interest rate for this Program is 0% and the Annualized Percentage Rate is 0% during the promotional period. Calculation of the Annualized Percentage Rate is based on the Net Present Value Method in accordance with the Code of Banking Practice and is for reference only.
The approval of this Program is subject to the current status of the credit card account. China CITIC Bank International Limited (the "Bank") reserves the right to request additional documents for approval. In addition, if the Cash Out Amount applied exceeds your available credit limit , the income proof may be required to process your application. The Bank has the right to accept or reject any application of “Flexi Cash-in Program” without giving reason.
Should the Cardmember fail to pay the minimum payment on or before the payment due date as specified in the relevant monthly statement, the Card will be regarded as in delinquent status. Apart from the fees and charges as set out in the Credit Cardmember Agreement and Fees and Charges, the finance charge will be charged on the outstanding Approved Amount (including but not limited to finance charge for cash advance, late charge and default rate) as set out in the Credit Cardmember Agreement and Fees and Charges.
After the Promotional Rate Period, the finance charge for cash advance as set out in the Credit Cardmember Agreement and Fees and Charges will be applied to the outstanding Approved Amount thereafter.
The turnaround time of each application and approval may vary, the Bank reserves the right to request the applicant to submit the supporting documents for the approval.
